A "Returning Guest" has been to the salon WITHIN THE PAST YEAR, and has received Eric's Signature Curl Sculpting Cut for New Guests. (This applies to haircuts only.) If it has been more than a year since you have seen Eric, please schedule as a New Guest to allow the additional time that will be needed for your curls. You are welcome to schedule color services as a new guest without having had the Curl Sculpting Cut done. Please keep in mind that all color services are a la carte, and do not come with a haircut or style, unless you include that when you schedule.

This signature service is designed for guests which have already seen Eric within the past year for the initial Signature Curl Sculpting Cut for New Guests.
*You MUST arrive with your hair in its natural curly state, hanging down loosely, 100% dry and detangled. No ponytails, etc. Even if you've had a haircut by a different curl specialist, you must first have the "Curl Sculpting Cut for New Guests" first.

Need to have your curls taken care of but don't have the two hours for the regular service? This 30-minute service is the same service as a "Curl Sculpting Cut," but without the cleanse, condition and style.
*You will need to arrive with your hair *freshly* styled, in its natural curly state and completely dry and detangled. No ponytails, scrunchies, clips, headbands, etc.

Curl Sculpting Coaching Session
This visit is an in-depth coaching lesson on how to properly use the appropriate curl-friendly products for your curl type. It begins with a botanical cleanse and condition, followed by product application and style. You will be informed on the products that are best suited for your curls, as well as given information on your curl pattern and its specific needs.

Curl Rejuvenation
For any curl type that feels weighed down, dull and undefined as a result of product buildup, hard water or environmental stressors! This rejuvenating, deep cleansing treatment will bring all curl types back to life. It begins with a serum that gently removes buildup without stripping away essential moisture. The cleanser is then followed by a nourishing, deep conditioning treatment.

The Scalp & Hair Facial
This ultra-relaxing treatment begins with a gentle, peppermint scalp exfoliation that is infused with Hawaiian Red Salt, which is rich in volcanic clay and minerals. Apple fruit restores hydration, and a rich blend of botanicals soothe inflammation and irritation.
A clarifying detox hair mask infused with charcoal, kaolin and Certified Organic white vinegar will draw out micro particles to the surface without stripping hair of natural oils.

color services:
single-process color
Sometimes called "base" or "root" color, this is a process where you may alter the natural color of your hair, or cover grey, and hair will be all one tone. (This is NOT highlights.) This service will begin with a thorough consultation.
Eric uses AlfaParf color for this service. AlfaParf has over 75% less ammonia than most professional colors, and also contains hyaluronic acid, which is a gold standard in cosmetic products for hydration. Hyaluronic acid can bind 1000 times its molecular weight in water, making it very hydrating for your curls.
All color services are a la carte, and do not come with a haircut or style. If you wish to have your hair cut or styled after your color service(s), please schedule for the desired service(s) on the booking page.
Pintura (Curl-by-Curl) Highlights:
This is the acclaimed curly hair painting technique that involves the strategic placement of color to emphasize curls that most beautifully reflect light. Chosen curls are individually painted and lightened to perfection, leaving your hair to look like ribbons of light are flowing through your curls. Once your hair has been adequately lightened, a toner / gloss is applied to further enhance the color.
RëzoLites
This customized highlighting technique utilizes the planes of the head to give dimension and bursts of color to all curl textures. A seamless grow out will offer you lower maintenance and longer times between visits for a retouch.
